CANCELLATION POLICY

•Arriving 15 minutes past appointment time may result in cancellation or modification. If appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, a 25% charge may apply. •Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of appointment total. •No-show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of appointment total. •All services have a 7 day guarantee. After 7 days, any alterations may result in payment. •All credit card transactions will include 3.5% processing fee - will also be displayed upon payment. Other forms of payment are accepted to avoid extra fee.
