CANCELLATION POLICY

•Arriving 15 minutes past appointment time may result in cancellation or modification. If appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, a 25% charge may apply. •Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time will result in a charge of 25% of appointment total. •No-show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of appointment total. •All services have a 7 day guarantee. After 7 days, any alterations may result in payment.
